Founded by Amanda Eagan, DNP, CRNA, APNP, a seasoned healthcare professional with over 24 years of experience specializing in personalized concierge care, we integrate functional and integrative medicine principles.
Our team of experienced professionals, including those with backgrounds in emergency services, intensive care, and functional medicine, is committed to helping you achieve optimal health. We offer a range of services, including IV therapy, vitamin infusions, and customized wellness programs, along with access to comprehensive lab studies. Located in Mount Horeb, WI, we proudly serve the broader Southern Wisconsin area.
Mandie, Nurse Practitioner
Amanda Eagan, DNP, CRNA, APNP, is a dedicated healthcare leader with a distinguished career spanning both military and civilian sectors. From 2012 to 2017, she served as a Captain in the United States Air Force, including a tour in Afghanistan. With 19 years of critical care expertise and a doctoral degree in nursing practice specializing in anesthesia, she transitioned to entrepreneurship in 2022 by founding Viva Infusions & Wellness.

Hi, I’m Caylen! Born and raised in Mount Horeb, I love being a part of this fantastic community. My husband and I have two extraordinary children, and we are thrilled to be raising them in the town we both grew up in.

Becky, Registered Nurse
Hi! I’m Becky Strube. I’m an RN with experience in Pediatric Intensive Care. I’ve lived in Mount Horeb since 1998, raised my three children here with my husband. With all my kids off to college this year, I’m embarking on a new adventure at Viva Infusions & Wellness.
Background and Experience
- I took some time off from paid nursing to focus on my kids.
- During summers, I volunteer at Sugar Creek Bible Camp as their healthcare professional, treating numerous stings, bites, and rashes!

Lindsey LaBorde BSN, RN
Hi! I’m Lindsey. I’ve been working at Viva Infusions since the spring of 2024. I grew up in Mount Horeb, so it’s wonderful to see this amazing community prioritizing wellness! I graduated from nursing school in 2022 and have been working at UW Hospital as a Neuro ICU RN for two years and counting. Life is extra busy right now, as I’m also in graduate school to become a nurse practitioner.
Background and Experience
I’ve been dedicated to patient care in the Neuro ICU, bringing my passion for nursing to Viva Infusions. I’m excited to be part of a team that values wellness as much as I do.

In my free time, I enjoy running, reading, and coaching basketball! I’m also a huge fan of our supplement products and infusions at Viva. Our team can’t wait to help YOU on your wellness journey!
Kristen Malone BSN, RN
Background & Experience: I have been a practicing nurse for 17 years, bringing a wealth of experience from various specialties including oncology, general medical, cardiac, end-of-life, obstetrics, and transitional ICU care. I graduated in 2006 and have dedicated my career to providing compassionate care to patients in all seasons of life.
Personal Life: Originally from Mequon, Wisconsin, I moved to the greater Madison area in 2002 to attend UW Madison and have been a proud Badger ever since. I currently live in Mount Horeb with my loving family of five. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, golfing, watching youth sports, and traveling as much as possible.
Current Role: I am thrilled to be part of the team at Viva Infusions and Wellness, where I leverage nearly two decades of nursing experience to meet the challenges and goals of our patients effectively.
Fun Facts:
- I was born 93 minutes after my identical twin sister, who is also a nurse. I enjoy playfully reminding her how much more youthful I am!
- A newfound passion of mine is baking sourdough bread, which I love sharing with my family, friends, and community.
Brittany Paramore, DNP, FNP-BC
I am Brittany, a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 5+ years of experience in family practice. I am committed to providing compassionate, individualized care while focusing on primary prevention and optimal health. I am here to support your goals and empower you to live your healthiest life.
In my free time, I enjoy strength training and spending time with my family.
